We organise various events including visits to our sites. All details and registration for events will be available here.
Place: Shirkoli, Panshet catchment
Duration: 7 am to 8 pm
(including travel)
Contribution: ~Rs. 500 /- per head
At actuals expenses:
1. Travel by bus @ Rs. 400 - 500 depending on total number of participants boarding the bus.

About Rahal
Rahal aims at restoring 60 acres of land with active participation by urban community as members & well-wishers.

A project dedicated to fond memory of our guru, Shri. Prakash Gole who initiated first ever restoration project in India in 80s._
Rahal land will be an open laboratory where the process of restoration will be documented closely to understand various stages of change in soil profile, dynamics of biodiversity. It will offer opportunities to students and researchers to conduct their research around various aspects of ecosystems !

People from all fields visit Ranwa & Rahal to understand the restoration work being carried out. They also get to know the process, challenges, and results on ground.
Some workshops are arranged specifically for various groups. Students of architecture get insights at landscape level, it increases understanding of resource use and inputs for land planning work during the workshops.
